As the story unravels we find Lydia Deetz, a weird and unusual teenager obsessed with the whole being dead story. When she realizes that her house is haunted, by Beetlejuice, it is like she hit the jackpot. Eventually, after some debate the duo team up in the most extraordinary way to scare living creatures with exorcism, an arranged marriage and large sand worms.
